Congratulations to Hon. Josie Osborne on her appointment as B.C.’s new Minister of Health.
Independent Long-Term Care Councils Association of BC (ILTCCABC) is excited to work with Minister Osborne to ensure continued growth and support of resident and family councils in long-term care. While there are many opportunities for improvement in long-term care which ILTCCABC looks forward to discussing with our Minister of Health, our councils have been making great strides in doing what we can with what we have: our long-term care home relationships and collaborative communication.
As well, we congratulate Susie Chant on her new role as Parliamentary Secretary for Seniors’ Services and Long-Term Care and look forward to working with her.
