Vancouver Coastal Association of Family Council Forums are open to family council members, family caregivers, legacy advocates and reps of residents living in Long-Term Care in the VCH Health Region.
VCAFC meets for family council and individual support, education, to share successes and challenges, and to brainstorm ideas with a shared vision of quality of life and care for residents living in care in the VCH region.
This meeting features an open forum discussion and an educational component.
