ILTCCABC invites care home staff, Family Council members, residents, families, and community members to a free virtual education session focused on practical Family Council resources.

This engaging session will introduce participants to the ILTCCABC website and Education Portal, where they can find reliable information, helpful tools, and resources to support stronger Family Councils and meaningful engagement in long-term care communities.
Whether you are new to Family Councils or looking for additional support, this session is an opportunity to explore available resources, ask questions, and connect with others who care about improving the long-term care experience for residents and families.
✨ Participants are encouraged to bring questions about Family Councils, resident and family engagement, and navigating available support.
The session is free to attend, but registration is required. After registering, participants will receive a confirmation email with instructions for joining the meeting.
