ILTCCABC has launched a new Public Service Announcement (PSA) to strengthen awareness, engagement, and understanding of resident and family councils in long-term care across British Columbia.
This PSA highlights how family and resident councils support communication, collaboration, and quality of life for residents of long-term care homes. It also reinforces ILTCCABC’s commitment to ensuring that residents and families feel informed, supported, and empowered.
Through this initiative, we aim to make the concept of family councils more accessible and encourage greater engagement from residents, families, and care home operators.
