VCAFC Family Council Forum and AGM

Attendance is by invitation only to family councils in the Vancouver Coastal region of BC
The Annual General Meeting
Agenda includes:
- A report from the Chair of the Executive Committee
- A review of our Terms of Reference and Code of Conduct
- Election of new executive committee members
- Opportunity for family councils to share their success and challenges as a council
Each Family Council may vote at the Annual General Meeting, so please ensure your Family Council has representation!
The Executive Committee governs the association and makes decisions regarding its future. They have the responsibility of ensuring that all of the activities that take place will benefit the association.
