What this session is:
– intended to be positive and interactive. This may sound like a paradox (it appears contradictory but reveals a deeper truth or a more productive approach to long-term care high-stakes communication), but we intend the outcome to provide practical takeaways for the family council and care home audience.
What this session is not:
– a counseling session to resolve specific family council or care home issues. We have gathered key “problem areas” councils experience for examples of problem-solving tips and tools.
We encourage you to attend. Bring examples of how your family council or care home have created successful relationships for effective outcomes.
