In 2021\, the Ombudsperson called on government and health authorities to address outstanding gaps in long-term care visits policy and practiceAll regional associations of family councils are invited to this opportunity to hear from our Ombudsperson\, learn about their office\, what they can look into and how to raise concerns. Jay Chalke only has 1 hour with us. We are sending questions in advance.
