DESCRIPTION:Attendance is by invitation only to family councils in the Vancouver Coastal region of BC \n\n\n\nThe Annual General Meeting \n\n\n\nAgenda includes: \n\n\n\n\nA report from the Chair of the Executive Committee\n\n\n\nA review of our Terms of Reference and Code of Conduct\n\n\n\nElection of new executive committee members\n\n\n\nOpportunity for family councils to share their success and challenges as a council\n\n\n\n\nEach Family Council may vote at the Annual General Meeting\, so please ensure your Family Council has representation! \n\n\n\nThe Executive Committee governs the association and makes decisions regarding its future. They have the responsibility of ensuring that all of the activities that take place will benefit the association.  \n\n\n\nPlease get in touch with VCAFC at vcafc.regional@gmail.com with YOUR expression of interest to help out on the Executive!
