Residents change over time. It is a good idea to re-evaluate medications to make sure they continue to be a good fit. Sometimes\, medications might no longer be necessary\, might be causing more harm than good\, or might not line up with “what matters most” to residents and caregivers.  The objectives of the webinar are: 1) Understand when and why it makes sense to reduce or stop medications2) Gain tools\, skills\, and confidence to ask questions and get involved in medication decisions. \n\n\n\nOur Presenter: Wade ThompsonWade is a pharmacist practicing in long-term care in Vancouver and an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Medicine at UBC. He is a co-lead of deprescribing.org and a member of the Therapeutics Initiative.
